LOW IMPACT TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

EAST END ROW offers high energy music driven classes that combine low impact cardio and strength training.  Our signature classes are broken up into segments to maximize your total body burn in less than an hour. 

It’s All About the Music

We are driven by the music. Cardi versus Nicki. Beyonce and Jay-Z. The Clash and Neil Young. Our playlists are as unique as our instructors.

Proper Stroke

We are all about proper form.   Our class sizes are small so you get individual attention.

Train in Intervals. Maximize Results.

Low, Medium and Full Pressure! Let’s find your walking, jogging and sprinting pace on the rower. We find your pressures (split times) and get ready to set them to music and ride the waves.

Strength training on and off the rower. Always low-impact.  Scalable to all levels.
