FIRST TIME CLIENTS
First timers must be checked in and on their rower by class start time or they will not be allowed in. We teach proper rowing form in the first 5 minutes, and it’s critical that first-time students receive this instruction before taking class.
Running late but on your way? Give us a call at (631) 353-3626 or (212) 327-1800. If you do not call or check in by class start time your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist. No one will be admitted into class after the class has started.
If a class is fully booked, you can opt to be placed on the waitlist, and we will notify you via email if a spot opens up. If you don’t get a notification in advance, but you’re in the neighborhood, we encourage you to drop into the studio to see there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled class. Each class not cancelled within the 12 hour deadline will result in a loss of one class from the purchased series. Monthly members may cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of class, but will be assessed at $20 late cancellation fee for cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice.
REFUNDS & EXPIRATIONS
All class pack and membership purchases are final. No refunds, no exceptions. Single and Intro Class Passes expire 1 month from date of purchase. All multi-Class Packs expire 12 months from date of purchase. The Monthly Membership is in effect for 30 days starting on the contract start date and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the next billing date.
